Research and Collaboration
My research focuses on menopause and women’s experiences at work, workplace inequality, organizational justice, remote and flexible work, migration, and psychosocial well-being.
I welcome opportunities to collaborate on research projects, conference submissions, publications, and initiatives related to these areas. I am also open to interdisciplinary work that can broaden our understanding of women’s health and working lives and inform meaningful workplace interventions.
Graduate School Mentoring
I know that navigating graduate school applications can be difficult, particularly without access to clear guidance or established academic networks.
If you are from the Middle East or Central Asia, and are considering graduate study, you are welcome to contact me. When my schedule allows, I would be happy to offer a mentoring conversation about the graduate school application process.
Get in Touch
If you would like to discuss a potential collaboration or mentoring conversation, please briefly introduce yourself, explain what you are working toward, and let me know how I may be able to help.
