1. Menopause, Health, and Working Lives

My primary research examines how menopause intersects with gender, age, caregiving, and workplace conditions. I study its relationship with work ability, organizational experiences, and employee well-being, as well as the forms of workplace support that may help women navigate this transition.

I examine how work arrangements, including remote and part-time work, shape organizational justice, incivility, engagement, and well-being. Much of this work focuses on women in STEM and other male-dominated industries.

My interdisciplinary research examines how restrictive migration policies, immigration experiences, and gendered social conditions affect health and psychosocial well-being, particularly among Iranian immigrants and international students.
